Day 20: Video Game Challenge
Day 20 - Favorite genre.
Fighting - I used to play these hardcore, counting frames and all that other bullshit. Now I just don’t care and all I want is to have fun. Virtua Fighter and Dead or Alive, in specific, are my favorites (and thank God DoA 5 is looking so good!). Tekken is great too, especially 3, Tag Tournament, and 5. I’ve grown to dislike Soul Calibur more and more though.
It’s funny: being a fighting game junkie is the reason I have never gotten into WoW as much as my boyfriend has: having grown up with games that had such fluid and visceral combat, it’s a little hard to adjust to the typical western RPG design.
